RBSI MANX SET FOR BLAST OFF

Round 3 RBS International Manx Rally, Douglas, Isle of Man

Friday 9th/Saturday 10th May 2008


With more switches flicked than the Space Shuttle, revs held constant by the complex launch control facility, a screech of tyres and a pop of turbo boost, Kenny McKinstry will head off round the traffic island, through the streets of Port Erin and up Cregneash hill next Friday night to blast the RBS International Manx Rally into life, and with it, round three of the prestigious 2008 Pirelli MSA Gravel Rally Championship.

Big Step Up For "Stars" Champion

This time a class win in the main championship is his target and a stunning 1.4 litre Ford Puma Kit car is nearing completion in the Chris Birkbeck Rally sport workshops outside Saltburn in North Yorkshire.
